Description
The documents API is used for uploading Patient Documents to Particle. Once a Patient is uploaded, Documents can then be created, retrieved, updated, and deleted. Documents can also be listed for a given patient. The networks’ prefer that we provide CDA-formatted documents, as those are most universally readable by other medical record systems, but other document types (like PDF) would be acceptable as well. If you have any questions about which documents to send, please consult with your Particle Health team to identify the best path.
