Description
Our C-CDA query API allows you to download documents that we are able to find on a patient in an EMR (i.e. Epic, Cerner, etc.). Encounters will typically generate an associated C-CDA document (primarily in XML format) and files for different encounter types (e.g. Hospital Encounter, Discharge Summary, Office Visit, etc.) will be available. Please reference our Guide for more information about C-CDA.
